Who We Are

Union Christian Academy (UCA) began in Commerce, GA, in September of 1982 as a Christian Learning Center (CLC) to enhance students' educational experience in the public school system.

At the time, the Commerce CLC was only the 3rd CLC in the state of Georgia with the other CLC's being located in Gainesville and Cornelia.  In 1992, the Commerce CLC became Providence Christian Academy.  In 2013, Providence Christian Academy moved to Hull, GA, in its present facility and changed its name to Union Christain Academy.

UCA is a private K3-12, Fine Arts and College Preparatory Christian Academy which exists to provide a holistic education in a Christian environment where young people grow in "wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man" (Luke 2:52).  Today, UCA can best be described as a place where old school and new school meet.
